I would highly recommend this designer to anyone wanting any kind of webwork design done, Magento or otherwise.
I purchased the Magento Courtyard theme ( www.1body1life.co.uk ) and was extremely pleased, not just with the theme itself but the level of instructions that came with it, also some good tips. The theme also came with 21 days free support where a few custom changes can be made (See designer's notes for details). Since then I have also had custom stage HTML pages design and custom theme changes.
The level of service I have received has been fantastic! In previous times I have found some designers impatient, sometimes seeming rude and in my experience not always listing to what me, as a customer really wants. I have found Tee to be quite the opposite.
I have had all my emails and questions returned, and promptly. He has been polite, supportive and patient at times when I'd not been able to make clear enough my needs.
o from a customer service point of view he gets an A+ ! The work he has done speaks for itself. I have been 100% satisfied in the results and the time its taken to deliver. Any anomalies found have been resolved with ease. I will be using Tee on an on going basis for both Magento and non Magento work.
